Registration

The Summer Camp registration form is available as a PDF form which you should fill out, print and sign, then you may either scan and send by email to summercamp at aticc dot org, or you may also mail it to us.

You may pay by certified check or once we receive and review your registration we will send you an invoice from PayPal* to pay for the camp fees. Click the link below to access the registration form:
